As CEO of IBT, Mylle Mangum's focus is developing profitable growth initiatives for the company. Mylle's diverse background in consumer, travel, technology and marketing services allows her to apply best practices from those sectors to the financial services and specialty retail industries. Mylle is Chairman and CEO of IBT Holdings, the parent company of IBT Enterprises, and Design Build Concepts, an IBT sister company which provides ground-up design/build services to financial institutions. The combination of the two companies offers the most complete continuum of design and construction services in the financial services industry. Prior to joining IBT in 2003, Mylle was CEO of True Marketing Services, which focused on consolidating marketing services companies, and MMS Incentives, a private equity company involved in developing and implementing marketing and loyalty programs. She was also president of global payment systems and senior vice president of strategic planning and expense management for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, a $14 billion company in the corporate travel industry with locations in 143 countries. Mylle was the first president of BellSouth International. Additionally, Mylle has held senior management positions with Holiday Inn Worldwide and General Electric Company. Mylle is a member of numerous organizations including the Goizueta Advisory Board of Emory Business School, the Piedmont College Board of Trustees, Board of Directors for the Technology Association of Georgia, Georgia Chamber of Commerce Board and a member of Business Executives for National Security. She is a current member and was past president of the Committee of 200, an organization of top U.S. and international businesswomen. Mylle serves on the board of directors at Payless ShoeSource, Inc., Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc., Barnes Group, Inc., Emageon, Inc. and Matria Healthcare. Mylle was also WIT's 2004 Woman of the Year in Technology and one of Catalyst's Magazine's Top 25 Entrepreneurs in Atlanta in 2007. Mylle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University.
Tim Frantz joined IBT in 2004 as COO, and oversees the company's design and engineering, contract administration and human resources departments. Tim's 18-year career spans finance, accounting, IT management, operations, sales/marketing, human resources management and domestic and international business/product development. He has worked for both Fortune 500 firms as well as for smaller, rapid-growth ventures in the private sector. He brings a broad array of business experience to IBT having worked with start-ups, turnarounds, consolidations, mergers, acquisitions and company transitions. As a Regional Business Development Manager for IBM's Lotus Division, he turned around a struggling region to become first nationally for the company. He also directed financial and operational issues for Loyalty Works where he secured significant bridge financing and equity for the company's growth strategy. Tim has held management positions with Photo Express Storage, ACSYS Solutions, Inc., Motorola and Arthur Anderson. Tim earned a degree in Accounting & Finance from Indiana University. He also has an Executive Master of Science in the Management of Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology and an Executive Master of Science, Management & International Finance from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He has completed numerous executive workshops at Emory, Stanford and the University of Chicago. Tim is active in the civic community through the American Cancer Society, Big Brothers, Make-A-Wish Foundation and St Joseph's Hospital.
Scott Rowe is responsible for all financial operations for IBT, including continually improving processes while maintaining the financial integrity of the company. Scott has over 25 years of accounting and financial management experience, including positions with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), United Technologies and First Data Corporation. Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. |
